Which delivery company do you use?

Royal Mail - orders under 2KG

We use Royal Mail with their Tracked48 shipping option at £3.95 Inc Vat. This is used to reduce the cost to our customers on small orders that weigh under 2KG and Free Shipping options.

For £4.95 Inc Vat- Customers can upgrade their postage to the Tracked24 service.

Tracked24 - Arrives within 24 hours of the order being despatched from our warehouse*

Tracked48 - Arrives within 48 hours of the order being despatched from our warehouse*

Please note that Royal mail have a next day collection service that we utilise, so allow 24 hours after you receive your despatched email.

When your package is despatched?

Once you receive your confirmation email that your order has been despatched from our warehouse, your package should be with you within 24-48 hours**. Please ensure someone is either at the delivery address if you have not already provided specific instructions, if couriers are unable to deliver the package on the second attempt, then it will be returned to us. You will then be charged a redelivery of an appropriate to your locality and we will then re-dispatch after payment.

**some orders may take longer than 5 working days, if it will take longer than 10 working days we will contact you to the reason for the delay. Please note, most of the time this is due to stock levels discrepancies with suppliers.

DHL - for Orders over 2KG

We have had a long-standing relationship with DHL and we trust them to get your order to you fast and safe. They provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery, you also receive an email, which gives you a one-hour window for your delivery time.

How to track your DHL package

It’s as simple as clicking the link below and entering your details that should have been emailed to you. (It can take up to 24 hours for your package details to appear on DHL Tracking system)
