Do you charge for delivery?

Orders over £99 (Ex VAT) are delivered free, for orders under £99 (Ex VAT) delivery is charged at £5.95 ex VAT for standard delivery.

 How long will my order take?

Our standard turnaround is 7-10 working days

How can I pay?

Payments can be made by Sage Pay, PayPal or using your credit/debit card

How will I receive my artwork proof?

We can send this by email primarily, however if colour shades in the logo are important and need to match your corporate colour we will send the sample swatch through the post so you can compare a physical sample

Which formats do you accept for artwork?

We can accept PNG & JPEGS + More, Check out our Artwork Guidelines for more information.

Which application method is best for my order?

We offer a range of application methods, call us to discuss your requirements and we can advise you of the best options for your scenario.

What does your free logo service include?

We offer a free logo with every garment; the logo must be stitched within a 10 by 10cm area and the free stitch allowance is 12,000 stitches (which covers most front logos). Text logos are free set-up and we have a large range of fonts to choose from. Bespoke logos or non-standard text will be charged a one off set up charge of £9.99. This logo can then be saved to be used as many times as you like.

I can’t see what I’m looking for. Do you supply it?

Although we have a large range of products we supply sometimes, there may be something you need and don’t see listed, call us (0113 245 5050) and discuss your requirements with us, if its available we can usually supply it.

Do you provide samples?

We offer a sample service, sometimes you just need to try on garment to make sure they’re right for you. These will normally be paid for, you will have 14 days in which to try them, then simply return them in original packaging for a full credit.

If you have a larger work force and need to see samples we can arrange for a representative to visit your premises with samples to discuss your needs, alternatively if your local you would be more than welcome to come in and see us and view samples here.

Where do I find size guides?

Each brand has its own sizing guide, which is available on here, if you’re struggling give us a call.

What is your returns policy?

Personalised garments are non-returnable, plain garments can be returned unworn and in original packaging within 28 days.

If a personalised item is damaged or doesn't fit please contact us for a replacement.

What are the minimum order requirements for Re-run Orders?

There are no minimum order requirements, with us the more you order the cheaper it becomes for you, all prices breaks are listed on this site and the appropriate discount will be applied at the point of order.

What is the normal lead time for orders? embroidered or non-embroidered?

Plain garment orders are normally dispatched for delivery within 3 working days, embroidered orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 working days. We have an express option to get embroidered orders most items can be turned around within 48Hrs for an extra charge.

I have a deadline can you meet this?

We can accommodate most deadlines, call us and we speak about your requirements

How much do you charge for additional logos?

Additional logo applications start from £1.99 on small logos and are £4.99 for large logos

How many colours can I have for an embroidered logo?

Our machines are the latest available and we can offer up to 15 colours in any one logo.

Are there any set up fees?

Set ups are £9.99 for logos and free for text, these are one off costs only and once paid are available to use for life.

I sent back my items for a full refund and was only refunded '£X' Instead of '£Y'?

We only refund the cost of the item not the cost of shipping.
